Product Update: New Delivery Scenario & Enhanced Pick Scenario in Logiks WMS

We are excited to introduce new functionalities to Logiks WMS, designed to offer greater flexibility and efficiency in warehouse operations. Our latest update introduces Delivery scenario and offers Proceso de Selección scenarios, providing users with more control over order processing and bin location selection.

New Delivery Scenario

With this update, users can now create a Delivery document directly without the need to generate a Pick document. This streamlines the order fulfillment process and offers multiple ways to process sales-related documents:

• Delivery from a Sales Order
• Delivery from a Sales Quotation
• Delivery from a Sales Return
• Delivery from an AR Reserve Invoice
• Delivery without any base document

This new functionality reduces unnecessary steps when a Pick document is not required, thus improving flexibility.

Pick Scenario: Bin Location Selection

To improve warehouse efficiency, users in the Pick Scenario can now change the Bin Locations predefined in the Pick List, extending this capability to Serial & Batch managed items.

Enhancements include:

• Support for Sales Orders y Production Orders as base documents in the Pick scenario.
• Option to enable “Allow alternative location” in scenario settings, allowing users to pick from different bin locations.
• Activation and clickability of the predefined bin location in the Pick document.
• Selection from a list of available bin locations where the item exists.
• Restrictions to ensure warehouse consistency: the predefined and new warehouse must either both be bin-managed or both be non-bin-managed.
• Automatic removal of predefined serial numbers when changing the bin location.
