How does the workflow work and how long does it take?

Testing - Proof of Concept
After the Processes are designed, we are going to implement them as a PoC in your environment for proper Testing.

Implementation
After successful testing, the concept is going to be implemented into our productive Environment.

Hypercare & Post Go Live Support

Step 3: Testing - Proof of Concept
In the Testing – Proof of Concept phase, we move from theory to practice, putting our ideas to the test in a controlled environment.
We validate our concept together with you through rigorous testing and prototyping. Along with detailed process descriptions and customer specific user manuals.
This is a crucial phase, allowing us to identify and address any potential challenges or shortcomings before full-scale implementation.
Step 4: Implementation
After successful testing, we transition into the Implementation step. The set up from the test environment will now be rolled out to all affected locations, users and devices as defined in the concept.
In case additional Hardware is necessary this will be installed and configured as well.
Step 5: Hypercare & Post Go Live Support
